Shipping & Returns
Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EST will ship current day. Orders placed after noon, will ship next business day. Please call us if you are in a rush and will be placing an order after 12:00 p.m. EST to see if we can accommodate you.
We ship orders M-F. At checkout you have a choice as to what method you want to use: UPS or USPS. If we can get your order to you faster or cheaper than the option you chose, we have the right to ship by the better method. This often saves the customer money or gets them their order quicker.
Orders do not come with insurance coverage. If you want insurance coverage against loss or damage, you would have to pay for that. Average cost for $100 worth of coverage is $4.00. We highly recommend coverage for international orders. Unfortunately the independent insurance company only covers product loss and not the money from the postage.
Due to the handmade nature of our items, along with the fact there are no store tags, we do not accept returns. If you find that your item is not what you wanted, you may exchange your item for another item of the same value. You would be required to pay the shipping costs on returning the product as well as the exchanged product.
We gladly accept returns if it is an error on our part such as we sent the wrong item to you. In that case, we would pay for shipping costs.
You must get pre-approval for an exchange by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Pre-approval process must be initiated by the buyer within 4 days of receiving the item. Customer must ship the unused item back within 5 days of receiving the approval for exchange. If we find that the item has been used and cannot be resold we will not refund for the product.
